BIO
Dr. Aqeel Ur Rahman is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, under the NEXSYS project. He received his B.Sc. degree from Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST) in 2017 and his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power and Control Systems, from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2019.
He joined the University of Palermo, Italy, in 2021 as a PhD researcher and subsequently worked there as a Postdoctoral Researcher, including an Industrial PhD collaboration with Prysmian Electronics. He serves as a reviewer for several international journals, including the IEEE Open Journal of the Industrial Electronics Society, IEEE Open Journal of Industry Applications, IEEE Access, and multiple MDPI journals.
