BIO

I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) research group, contributing to the Standardize Project. This initiative focuses on developing open-source certification, testing protocols, and building regulation compliance frameworks for innovative off-site construction methods.

I earned my PhD in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad in 2024. My doctoral research centered on buckling modes and their interactions in cold-formed steel compression members. Based on comprehensive experimental studies and advanced numerical simulations, I proposed a unified design procedure. This approach is currently under review for potential inclusion in the revised edition of IS 801, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) code for the design of cold-formed steel sections.

As part of my postdoctoral journey, I am also exploring new research areas within structural engineering and construction innovation, with a keen interest in sustainable and digital construction te

chnologies.
