Enrico is a lecturer in Supply Chain Management in the School of Business at University College Dublin (UCD). His research focuses on service operations with particular emphasis in the design of customer experiences. His research adopts a multidisciplinary perspective to analyse the relationships between service delivery systems design choices, employees' behaviour, and customer experiences. His doctoral dissertation was a finalist in the Decision Sciences Institute's Elwood S. Buffa award.Enrico has teaching experience in graduate and undergraduate courses in Statistics, Management Science, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Service Management.Prior to his appointment at UCD, he was assistant professor of operations management at the University of Victoria, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in operations and supply chain management from Clemson University, U.S.A. Before his academic career, Enrico was a junior consultant working with local administrations in the preparation of rural development plans financed through the EU structural funds programme.
