BIO

Dr Eoin O'Mahony is a teaching fellow at the School of Geography. He was awarded his Ph.D. in 2015; it was concerned with religious geographies and political secularism in Ireland. He went on to work in Dublin City University and for a period he was teaching in the geography departments in Trinity College Dublin and UCD where he focused on teaching GIS and developing new skills. His research interests are in the public use of geographic data, the practice of GIS and in urban and suburban geographies.
