Soft x-ray/EUV Optics/Source Development I am currently developing very high average radiance and very simple soft x-ray light sources for application in nanoscale bio-imaging and surface patterning. My other research interests, where I am actively researching are: Novel photodetectors for soft x-ray imaging and spectroscopy with high time and spatial resolution; laser plasma photoemission and absorption spectroscopy; laser plasma ion spectroscopy; novel x-ray/gamma ray optics and sensors.
