DrFelix Hoch

Felix Hoch joined UCD in 2026 as an Assistant Professor in Management. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Münster, where he also earned his PhD in management.

Felix's research focuses on different dimensions of the transformation and future of work, including diversity, new work, political polarization, and technological and societal change, as well as their interplay. His work has been published in prestigious academic journals across multiple disciplines, including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and has been featured by international media, such as Fortune, Bloomberg, and Al Jazeera.
