Teaching practices should evolve with course content and student needs; they should foster a learning environment that engages the students and provide students with opportunities to develop as independent thinkers. Innovation and Leadership I have led the changes in a number of modules within the SBBS, these changes have had a positive impact on the schools programmes. I incorporate advancing technologies in the delivery of my course material to encourage student participation, and awareness of students needs. I have developed processes to encourage group work in learning, these processes teach students to work to together and help them in developing their confidence in interactions.
