Judith Wusteman's research interests are in qualitative user requirements analysis and usability evaluation of information systems, documentation methods for user requirements and usability evaluation, implications of web developments on information architecture, digital libraries, XML and text encoding for digitisation. She has been involved in various digital library projects and has provided usability evaluation, SGML and XML consultancy for ejournal, encyclopedia, digital humanities and digital library systems. Judith was Principal Investigator on the Science Foundation Ireland project "OJAX++: A Next-Generation Collaborative Research Tool". Judith joined the staff at the School of Information andCommunication Studies at UCD in September 1997 after seven years as a lecturer in computer science at the University of Kent at Canterbury. Before that, she completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Exeter.
