Lilian Genaro Motti Ader
Lilian is a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Career FIT Postdoctoral research fellow. The aim of her research is to improve data capture in health technologies by making them easier to use and empowering users. Lilian holds a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Toulouse, France. Her PhD research investigated how the movements of older adults affect their interaction with touchscreen devices. She holds a master’s degree in Arts and Digital Media from the University of Paris 1 and a bachelor’s in Communication, Image and Sound from the Federal University of Sao Carlos, Brazil. Lilian has experience of work on web accessibility, interaction design and use of technologies by people with special needs. Lilian is hosted by CeADAR (Centre for Applied Data Analytics), based at NexusUCD and affiliated to the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. She is seconded to Kinesis Health Technologies. She is a member of Women in STEM group at UCD and a member of the Self-Assessment Team for the Athena Swan Bronze Award application for the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science.
