Assoc ProfessorLucia Tiscornia

I strive to design and facilitate courses that allow for the development of the cognitive and social processes conducive to meaningful learning. This involves designing activities and facilitating discussions that are inclusive. I work with students to co-create assignments and grading rubrics with the goal of empowering them to be actively involved in their own learning. At UCD, I teach courses on the politics of organized crime, international security and qualitative research design.
