ProfessorMaebh Harding

Prof Maebh Harding has substantial experience of teaching excellence in a variety of University contexts. She is committed to engaging, research-led teaching that helps students to think critically about law in context, the role of the state and the reality of family life. She is invested in developing critical pedagogies which are inclusive of a diverse student population and engage with decolonisation of the University and the curriculum. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. 

Maebh has designed and taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Family Law, Child Law, Private International Law, English Land Law and Research Methods. She is enthusiastic about interdisciplinary teaching and has previously run modules in conjunction with Social Work and Philosophy.
