TEACHING ACTIVITIES
As a part-time assistant lecturer in TUD I lectured classes for undergraduate students within the modules Computer Apps and Digital skills and Mathematics and IT Skills for Environmental Health.
During my 5-year Ph.D. I lectured more than 400 hours of classes in Biofood and Quality of Animal Products; Organic Livestock Production; Zootechnical Advisory Services and Animal Nutrition for undergraduate (B.Sc.) and post-graduate students (M.Sc.). I also helped develop a module on Biofood and Quality of Animal Products.
In my career thus far, I unofficially co-supervised three graduate and four post-graduate students and I supervised two research assistants.
