    To develop a decarbonisation roadmap for the Department of Foreign Affairs and to undertake an energy efficiency monitoring, modelling and strategising study of their headquarters at Iveagh House. This is a pilot study, with the plan to roll the methodology out across the collective of mission buildings of the DFA, hoping to bring all to Irish nZEB standard.

    I delivered the opening keynote at this conference for invited guests from public and private organisations at the Clinton Auditorium UCD. The lecture focused on the climate emergency and the impact of current and projected construction. My talk was titled 'Only Sustainable Cities are Smart Ones'

Presentations focused on needs for, and optimum means, of renovation. The audience was engaged to participate in decision making with support from the project members.
