My expertise is bioinformatics, machine learning (ML), systems biology, molecular biology, and programming (R, Python). My interests include the analysis of heterogeneous high-throughput omics experiments to infer gene and protein regulatory networks and driver pathways responsible for experimentally observed biological phenomena. I am using and developing computational approaches that include the integration of orthogonal omics data.
