BIO

Dr. Virginia Stewart is an expert in organizational behavior whose research investigates how people build, sustain, and reconfigure relationships at work. She has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Small Group Research, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Positive Psychology, and Organizational Psychology Review. With a background in psychology, Dr. Stewart brings a trauma-informed, human-centered lens to management research. She is also a multi-award-winning educator known for designing experiential, research-driven learning in negotiations and team dynamics—bridging theory and practice to prepare students for complex workplace challenges.
