RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Coban’s research focuses on water and wastewater treatment, solid waste management, materials science, and sustainable technologies. Her work spans both traditional environmental engineering approaches and emerging material-based solutions.
Previously, she was a researcher on the EU-funded PoSAddive project within the PMNC Research Group at the School of Chemistry, Trinity College Dublin (CRANN/AMBER), where she focused on the characterization and processing of additively manufactured metal parts using powder-in-sheet technology with polymer matrices. She also contributed to the environmental assessment of these materials.
