My research interests centre on machine learning methodology and reliable AI systems. These include constrained and multi-target prediction, compositional target prediction, deep learning, large language models, LLM-based document intelligence, multimodal AI, computer vision and Earth Observation.

I am particularly interested in developing methods that improve the reliability of AI for complex prediction and decision problems, and in applying these methods to sustainability, environmental monitoring, regulatory intelligence and related interdisciplinary problems.
