DrChristopher Farrell

I consider teaching an essential part of my intellectual identity and an opportunity to pursue and apply my research. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. In 2016 I received a major teaching award from the Exeter Student Guild and Exeter University, and in 2020 I was honoured to receive a Teaching Excellence Award at UCD.

I am passionate about helping to grow the study of the ancient world; teachers interested in incorporating aspects of ancient history and literature into their classroom are more than welcome to email me to discuss this, or visit accessclassics.ie.
