    Dorota is an excellent teacher who has made many contributions that have helped enhance the quality and profile of a wide range of programmes within the College of Business. Dorota has taught a number of modules in strategy and international management in our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and, more recently, in the MSc in Strategic Management, MSc in Management Consultancy and MSc in Management with excellent student ratings and feedback. Dorota has also displayed significant leadership by spearheading programme redesign initiatives both domestically and overseas, and by designing and championing a number of modules among which, notably, ‘Developing Cultural Competence’, an experiential-learning MSc module that builds on recent research on cultural intelligence to help students develop an inclusive learning community. Dorota has also been a dedicated and effective steward for a number of programmes both domestically and in our overseas campuses, among which , most notably, the MSc in International Management. This impressive range of contributions is a testament to her commitment to providing a high quality and rewarding teaching and learning experience to our students.
