I encourage students to become self-directed learners and to be responsible for their own learning. I enable their learning by providing well developed content which is delivered in a blended learning environment.

I have conducted research on my teaching methods and received College of Business Teaching Awards in 2018 and 2022, and a UCD Learning through Research award in 2017.
