Susanne Schilling

I am a plant geneticist in the School of Biology and Environmental Science. I am focussing on crops, studying developmental processes, their evolution and domestication, all by applying molecular genetics, bioinformatics and phenotyping. I am particularly interested in genomics and pan genomics and how we can use genotypic variation to improve our existing crops for a more sustainable agriculture and society.
