Delivered a talk about the dimensions of cultures and how to approach the Irish-Russian cultural differences and to better manage in a Russian business environment. It covered a wide range of business activities from communication and day-to-day staff management to negotiations with overseas partners.

The award was given by the Management & Organizaitonal Cognition Division to a small group among all academics (under 10%) who reviewed papers for the Annual Academy of Management meeting, the most prestigous international management conference.

An award given annually to the Best Teacher in Graduate Studies. Selected by an independent committee of the School of Business and external judges.
