I want my students to be pushed beyond their intellectual and attitudinal comfort zones and, through critical thinking and personal reflection, to develop an informed open-minded approach to the subject area. Innovation and Leadership + Recipient of the 2007 UCD Graduate School of Business Best Teaching Award + Chair-Elect of the Academy of Management Management Education & Development Division, which has 1,800 members + Created and taught the 1st Cross-Cultural Management Course at UCD + Chaired the CEMS Global Association's Faculty Group on Cross-Cultural Management. + Organised and co-chaired international doctoral workshops in conjunction with the annual IACCM conference + Lead author of a paper that received the Academy of Management Global Forum Best Paper Award in Management Education.
