RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests and expertise lie within the area of cell biology and genetics. In particular I am interested in mechanisms governing cellular stress responses for programmed cell death and survival, with special focus on development of new systems and model species for studying abiotic stress tolerance in plants.
